Account & Broker Connection

Our services require a secure API connection to a compatible MT4/MT5 broker account that you own and control. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for any activity that occurs under your connected broker account.

Subscription Plans

Access to strategies and features is tied to your selected plan (Rise, Surge, Haven, or Infinity) and billing cycle. Plan features, pricing, and the $30/month broker link fee are as described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice.

No Guaranteed Results

You acknowledge that algorithmic trading involves risk and that InvestingPips does not guarantee profits, specific returns, or protection from loss. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

Acceptable Use

• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our proprietary strategies.
• You will not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.
• You will not share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, software, designs, and content on this platform are the property of InvestingPips and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestingPips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, arising from use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to InvestingPips's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
