Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how InvestingPips handles subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests for our algo trading, advisory, and portfolio management plans.
Subscription Fees
All plan fees (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or one-time) cover access to our strategy library, execution infrastructure, and advisory support for the selected term. Because these resources are provisioned and maintained on an ongoing basis, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once your plan is activated and your broker connection is established.
Broker Link Fee
The $30/month broker integration fee covers the technical cost of connecting and maintaining your secure API link. This fee is non-refundable once integration has been completed.
Eligible Refund Cases
- A duplicate payment was made in error for the same billing cycle.
- Your broker connection could not be completed due to a fault on our platform.
- You cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any strategy has gone live on your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Losses incurred from live trading activity are never refundable — trading risk is inherent to the markets, not a service defect.
- Change of mind after strategies have been deployed to your connected broker account.
- Partial-period cancellations after a billing cycle has started.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@investingpips.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Eligible refund requests are typically reviewed and resolved within 7–10 business days.
